Man this brings back fond memories. Watching Kai is & isn't like the original. I loved the Bruce Faulconer music & never cared for the original OST's. Yet I also like the music in Kai. But what I absolutely hate about Kai, is that there's no Buu saga. You know, the saga where we hear Goku's awesome Super Saiyen 3 music!?

the first one aired in america was so much better. in kai they left out well over half the episodes and they used the japanese music in the american dbz kai. to people in america who watched the first dragon ball z that's a huge disappointment. the dbz music made in america should always be the one used in any dbz show in america. watch the old dbz.

@Fluffypopcicle yeah there are pros and cons to dbz kai and the old one. i like how dbz kai has a faster pace than the old dbz-the plot actually moves instead of having an entire episode where goku just sits there screaming powering up the spirit bomb.

however that leaves out ALOT of fighting. plus the old one had more violence and blood which made it cooler lol

yeah, but when i was younger my favorite parts of the entire series were when somebody is powering up while awesome music was playing. i used to constantly rewind it and watch those parts over and over again. it would drive my parents nuts. dbz kai leaves out almost all the screaming, probably to attract the audience that was turned off to the annoying screams. i turned off almost everybody that liked the original dbz though. there are more cons in kai imo.
