These heads are total pieces of crap. We've used everything from GE to FLECK, to Kinetico and nothing compares to the reliability of a FLECK top mounted unit. Our company sells hundreds of softeners a year with little nobody asking for these valves. I wonder why? Maybe its because if you don't make a solid product, or push the valves problems off onto the customers you tend to burn bridges and make your clientele despise you. Do yourself a favor, buy a reputable name. Not Kinetico.
