  • It is very clear to see her being not keen to train her uneven bar routine which is her weakest event. So, her reason is to withdraw from all-around competition.

  • Thanks for the translation, sohvil.

  • a silk box, silk is considered big in that country, I read it in an article in Sports Illustrated, the one with Michael Phelps on the cover with his 8 gold medals around his neck. anyways thats what she gave her.

  • * but i think everyone has worked hard in their own way, therefore not everyobody will be sucessful. you can only tell yourself to be strong and carry on, so i hope to do my best in 2008.

and thats about what she said o.o i think..

  • Fei was the leader of the team, and really was a class act, she gave Shawn Johnson a present after winning gold at the balance beam. Really it was a show of respect. I hear a lot of cracks about her appearence but its unique and with all she's won who cares she repped her country well.

  • Funny lenguage, beautiful china girl...¡¡¡

  • hey does she speak english i would like to know

Just curious. it's sad that im chinese and i cant even speak it because im adopted.

  • She said physical and psychological skills are both important. She said she is not the strongest player in the team with strong mind, but she will try her best for the 2008

  • please, a summary of what she's saying? :)

  • Something about how if she worked on her bars amd beam she could become an even better gymnast. Some stuff about the pressure. And that she wants to do well in the Olympics.

  • im chinese so i could summarise abit XD

" In so many people who learn gymnastics, to be able to win in the world championship is an honour and privelage.

First, you must have the skill, the strength and good gymnasts must have a clam mind and good heart. I think that combining these two would lead to even more sucessful results.

Maybe abit more on skill, because no one's thinking is perfect at birth so you have to go through alot of competitions and different situations to polish it.

  • so no matter how good or bad your performance is, i think it is an experience for yourself.

i trust that 2008 would be a difficult battle and i know that at the beggining or 2008, the trainings will be harsh and difficult, because there is alot of pressure and competition between the atheletes.

im not all that strong, sometimes i lose confidence easily, maybe in the team im not really a strong and tough girl. i think this is an extremely big pressure.

but i think everyone has a works

  • She is quite matured, psychologically speaking, for her age. Consider also that she doesn minimal schooling, given her training schedule, if any schooling at all.

  • Very intelligent girl! You are one of the best gymnastist in China now and you'll always be.

  • Weird, do you speak chinese?
