I recently had a debt collector coming every month to collect the £5 a month i agreed to, but he stopped coming. A couple of months later, a new collector tried to resume payments, then he stopped coming after two visits.

I wrote to them, telling them they are not collecting the money as agreed. I gave them 2 weeks to resume but got no response at all.

I contacted them again and removed their "Implied right of access". Haven't heard anything from them.

On MOST of the opinions expressed by Dr. Kaos on this video he forgets "intent" in law and not simply a battle of semantics on the stated code. You will be judged by the courts if you oppose the laws, which he doesn;'t seem to present very clearly here. You cant rant and rave at the roadside like the vids shown by Kaos and think you won't be arrested. Then you can hire Kaos to defend you in court.

Kaos and the Freemen are like an "illegal" ponzi scheme. People do it until they get caught.

@lama: By raising his voice Kaos is simply getting his point across. He always says "treat an officer as a human first". he never stated that you should rant and rave. not sure where you got that from.

The only way a court (which is an entity not a human) can judge you is if you allow it jurisdiction to.

If Kaos was a ponzi scheme he'd have to be selling his services to you... but this info is free on the web :S He's explaining how u defend yourself. I don't see how he's going to defend you.

I realise he's not charging for membership it's the "doing something contrary to regs/laws till getting caught part that I was meaning by the comment.

As to the rant and rave, I suppose I got the attitude thing from locals who claim to have affialition to the Freemen and "they" have taken KAOS's stuff and become defiantly rebelious by most conventions. They bragged about how after identifying their Freeman affiliations gave local police a hard time (unconfirmed).

As long as you take the original unsigned. If you're given a copy, have it notarised and send it to the dept of finance as accepted for value. That then forces the officer to provide the original. If it isn't provided then the officer has committed fraud and must pay the bill.

In catalunya the transit dept sent me a notification written in catalan with a photo of me speeding. I sent them notification in english acknowledging their notification and applying my conditions to my notification. They replied saying that they dont print or translate fines into english. So what now?

GREAT NEWS They wrote back saying under such law the fines are only in catalan or castillian. I replied but wondered whether we would just carry repeating the same answers? me asking for a translation & them saying no but giving me 10 days to respond again? They rcvd my 3rd notice 15.5.09 & have not responded within 10 days. Now they´re in dishonour.I paid 3 lots 2.47 euros for 3 letters recorded delivery 2 get out of paying a 70€ "fine". dont be scared this stuff works

Update: They sent me another notification at the end of July, nearly 3 months after they were supposed to have responded to my last notification. It´s now December and I think that is the end of it. I kept the wording a bit sweeter this time around as opposed to my last one, as you just writing to somebody in an office who will decide to pursue or leave it pending on how you out your case across. So I have won. Good luck people and again this stuff works!
