Anyone who says the gun in this video is the g36c knows nothing about them. The g36c is the compact version of the g36 and that's were it gets it's name. The k stands for kurz which is short in German and is the shorter version of the g36 yet not as short as the compact. The integrated scope or rail has nothing to do with the gun's classification like so many misinformed ppl are claiming. An easy way to tell is by the number of gas vents in the foregrip. C=2, K=4, and the normal g36 has 6.

I'm a self proclaimed "gun guru"...this is a K version...I also bought one. This whole c or k debate happens because of what the german military considers a rifle. A full size rifle or "gewehr" would be a sniper. Carbines "g36k" is shorter..the k comes from the word kurz.....german for short. However, I have not found what the C stands for in g36c, but the only difference from c to k is the extra 4-6 inches of barrel. The sight/rail is interchangable like carrying handle/ irons on an m4 rifle...

I have this gun has the same feet per second, accuracy, and range of any G&G gun. It is truely one of the best guns I have ever owned. I do play at a place in Georgia called airdog and one of the staff members was empressed by it. It is hard to get the hand grip back on when the battery is in though.

G36K can have a scoper or no scope depending on what you want. By the way, the JG is not a realistic model compared to the SRC 36K, because the mag release is corespondant to the real version. The JG is a good begginer rifle, but is not a fasion show.

It's easy to spot. The normal one has got six oval holes in the front, the k (kurz in german = short) has got four and the c (compact) has only got two. However the k exists in both variants, with and without handgrip and scope.

Well, my guess is your doing a mix of battles, like some are close quarters batles, while others are in feilds. Your best bet for this would be to get a little more range and accuracy and go with the K. If your doing strictly CQB battles only, go with the C.

suprisingly they both have pros and cons. first off, g36c has a shorter barrel but is easier to use in close quarters. ive owned the jg g36c which is absolutely amazing and my friend who i sold it to destroys with it. i just ordered the g36k last friday. the g36k has a longer barrel for MORE accuracy which is hard to believe, but is harder to use in close quarters. hope it helps

If you just wear goggles and not a face mask, you can see. Any paintball masks will not let you see through, they sell full masks now for airsoft only that allow you to see down the scope, so look for those, i picked one up in sports authority.
