A pantheon of tribes protests people who want to make snow from recycled water for the ski resort on the San Francisco Peaks near Flagstaff. Are they still at odds in 2012?

i have a question then...why do the white mountain apaches use raw sewage in there own snowmaking during the winter ski season at sunrise ski resort...why is that not a concern..but yet i hear protest from the apache tribe......
