If you'd actually play this game you'd understand level is not as important in this game as it is in WoW. As evidenced by my slaughtering of the level 38 Necromancer at the end, I was level 25 in this video. Don't post comments when you obviously don't know what you're talking about.
PVP is different in this game but it isn't too difficult to get a hold of. You're going to have a bit of trouble if you did a lot of PVP in WoW. Are people normally that abusive? Well...on average I'd have to say a little over half the people I kill in open PVP say things like that. Its really lame, I don't understand why they even bother playing on an open PVP server. People have issues.
I've always played on PVE servers, and when I tried PVP on WoW, which was rarely, I sucked at it, although I did score the winning point in a Capture the Flag game once.
I agree with you that people on PvP servers should expect to be killed at least half the time, and am sorry to hear that over half of them get abusive while playing a game for fun and enjoyment. I ran into abuse even though I lost all the time on WoW, so it still sounds better on AoC.
I'm a barbarian. I'm thinking about making a full movie featuring my barbarian and my (currently lvl 74) ranger. Not sure if I should bother though, ranger pvp doesn't look very interesting.
