  • my favourite new wave band- the top-

  • does anyone have lyrics to this song ? it's one of those songs i love but dont know what is being conveyed. i'd like to know. so anyone ?

  • i cant believe poly rock's keyboardist is actually a kung fu master n im learning tai chi from him

  • super melodic i like so much............sonada en el yacana

  • I First heard Polyrock in 1981 when I purchased a various album called Blitz a complation of New wave Synth-pop bands on the RCA Victor label. They were one of the best groups on this album. Polyrock was a New York band formed in 1978. At the time love song came out some critics were comparing them to the Talking Heads. Changing Hearts was also on that record. U can still find the album Blitz on Discogs.com

  • never found the lyrics of this song online. i would apreciate if someone could publish them.

  • i saw polirock in sardinia it was 1982 0r 1983 at Villasimius, was fantastic i have still inmind the concert that was in a very wind night....

  • I love this song, is magic, sooo sweet!!! *.*

  • POLYROCK - Love song was smoldering...

I couldn't find any excuse for this gem, so here we go...

  • Lots of great memories..

  • Never heard of them. Great number though.

  • Great song, that people hardly speak of these days.

  • green for go please..........

  • i have always loved this song sooooo much ! it just popped into my head and i had to find it this morning !

  • Love this song...and love too much Polyrock....thx!!!!!

  • My roommate in the early 80's managed Paradise Records. He would bring home 10 or 12 demo's a week. Polyrock, The Undertones, The Church, The Police, Kraftwerk, U2, Talk Talk, Cock Robin, Icehouse...I WAS in paradise!

  • thank you Luis !

  • Wow...now this brings me back to the '80s. Someone else mentioned the Nickelodeon show Livewire and that is how I came to become familiar and even by the album!

  • i also "discovered" polyrock on the same show and couldnt remember the name of that show, strange as much as i watched

    lol

  • I saw Polyrock at the original 9:30 Club in DC, and at the end of the concert, Tommy Robertson promised us, "We'll see you in nine months!" I checked out the 9:30 Club schedule for years, and Polyrock never came back. To say I was bummed was an understatement. It was a great show put on by a great band.

  • ¡LO MÁXIMOOOO!!!!

  • ¡Ahhh!!!!!

  • I had this on Cassette!

  • Excellent! My band opened up for Polyrock on New Years Day 1983, during the Above the Fruited Plain tour.

    Catherine's beauty was smoldering...

  • this is supercool. haven't even thought about this band in 20 years, but totally loved them at the time. anybody have videos of the 'plastics' ?

  • The first 2 albums are on CD now. I bought them both, Fantastic!

  • nothing but great memories for this song and band. thanks for posting.

These New Puritans, Wild Beasts, Animal Collective, Kills ecc.

  • great song !!!

  • i don´t belive it, this song is fantastic, the last time that i listened this, was 15 years ago, i think...thank you so much

  • Thank you so much for posting this one, a true gem
