While this is kinda interesting, it is a disgrace to call it gymnastics, because it most definitely is not. This takes very little strength and training compared to gymnastics. Anyone could do this stuff if given a few weeks to practice, while gymnastics takes many long years to learn. Too many people are labeling acrobatic stunts like this as gymnastics and marring the image of the sport.
