Hi Becca! I've kept it in the fridge for about three-days with no-problem! On the fourth day it seemed a bit funky so I would use it up in 3 or less. Thanks for the question!~ Rory :0)

Hey Valerie! I'm not sure which would make it creamier, I just prefer hemp oil to olive in general because of the omega fatty acids and I like the taste of hemp oil more! I love that challenge!! I've been kickin' around the idea of a raw-ranch dressing for a while now and will be toying with it this weekend! When I come up with a winner you'll be the first to get the recipe!
