There's no specific date yet. But the guys at FUNi said it should be out early 2010, that's the goal they're going for. So in a few months Part 1 should be out. It'll come a lot quicker than you think. Vol. 1 of the manga is already released in stores.

Sadly no. But there were many hands up in the air and there were only about 10 or so questions answered. So I'm sure someone was going to ask something along those lines.  And we weren't able to get an official release date yet either. So I'm not sure they can answer questions like that.
