Excellent question - What have Republicans done but here is another. What have Democrats done to reward Blacks faithfully vote (90 % and higher) . Why do blacks feel as if they are taken for granted? Remember hard working White Americans are the base of the party based on the rhetoric being preached.

Absolutely which is why I can't understand blacks being so passionate about the Republican Party blacks aren't even a factor in their equation. Also if you need further proof look at how they treated JC WATTS. He was suppose to be the man and when he left his position did Bush live up to his promise by helping his district...NOPE.
