However, you're too STUPID to realize that the cops aren't going to announce to him that he's a suspect right off the bat. Moreover, the cops couldn't arrest him just because he was a suspect. In order to get an arrest warrant, an officer must present some evidence to a judge or magistrate and swear to its validity. Gathering evidence takes time. Get a fucking clue.

Marilyn Milian is by far the fairest and most thorough of any judge on American TV. I really appreciate the fact that she makes her judgments based on law and handles these cases as if they were a real civil cases (and isn't biased by her like or dislike of the litigants). I also appreciate the words of wisdom she tries to bestow upon the litigants. At least Judge Milian can look back at this case and know that she tried her best to help them.

What I don't understand is how can the judge be so mean to Michelle for drinking and smile at Dale? Very unfair. Wonder if Your Honor looks at this clip and sees her mistakes? My opinion from part one is that he was probably a drunken ass and she played that to her advantage. She said yes with a tone in her voice like why wouldn't I? The judge told her that usually when a woman knows the man has problems when he drinks, she won't drink with him. Instead she'll discourage drinking. She flippantly shrugs her shoulders. She clearly likes to party just as hard as he does. Both of then are a mess!

However, you're too STUPID to realize that the cops aren't going to announce to him that he's a suspect right off the bat. Moreover, the cops couldn't arrest him just because he was a suspect. In order to get an arrest warrant, an officer must present some evidence to a judge or magistrate and swear to its validity. Gathering evidence takes time. Get a fucking clue.

Marilyn Milian is by far the fairest and most thorough of any judge on American TV. I really appreciate the fact that she makes her judgments based on law and handles these cases as if they were a real civil cases (and isn't biased by her like or dislike of the litigants). I also appreciate the words of wisdom she tries to bestow upon the litigants. At least Judge Milian can look back at this case and know that she tried her best to help them.
