  • You're an idiot. Thats not an xplod amp. 2nd of all they're too far to the back of the trunk. Move them back and turn them to face the inside of the car so it won't sound so bad. And it would be smart to take the trunk liner out and dynamat™ it too.

  • @eccorum06 Actually with them that close to the rear of the vehicle, they are actually loading off of the rear hatch and then sending the sound wave forward. IN this case, 9 out of 10 times, this orientation will be louder. Generally, the ONLY time you would want to face into the cabin would be if you completely sealed them off into the cabin allowing absolutely now air/sound pressure escape back into the trunk area causing cancellation. :)

  • Silly. Trunk space too small for those subs. Not to mention waaaayyyy too close to rear of trunk. Toss those in a suv and they would sound completely different.

  • @dyjital A trunked car setup and suv setup are two completely different things. With an suv you are able to use cabin gain to further manipulate the sound wave. (Why suv's are truly "easier" to make loud.) Secondly, the vehicle matters less on output, as long as your drivers (subwoofers) are seeing optimal airspace and power, if the box is designed well, they will perform just fine. And as far as too far back, the sound wave given off of the speaker is loading off of the hatch, which is good.

  • Gravle travle is why every th hing is durty

  • U are retarted if u thin thaT is a sony explod amp

  • this video was recorded with a Sony Xplode amp

  • Did you fill the box with flour? Why's everything so dirty?!

  • that box need's 2 be pushed back more. 2 close up.

  • @guccimanelaflair22 With the subs located close to the hatch, they are actually using it to load and then sending the manipulated wave forward into the cabin causing a gain in spl. (sound pressure level) I bet your are just speaking from word of mouth. Try it sometime and you'll understand what i'm saying. :)

  • I have the hifonics 1500 and I've blown to sets of 15s power acoustic and lanzar bad ass amp

  • @MrPusherZ10 If you knew how to correctly set your gains or build an enclosure optimal for your application, you would have not blown any of those drivers. Unless your sole intention was to clip them to death or unload them until they could no longer mechanically take the stress.

  • @Cashdollar2009 Aw Man Dats Crazy I Guess I Can Use An EQ Han

  • awesome setup man!!!

  • whats the song name

  • @Jordan67002 Woofer size really has no indication to power handling withing the same line. What blew your subs was either voltage drop causing a greater draw in amperage causing a clipped signal, or an improper setting of gains causing clipping. I could take a single 15" L7 and run it off of 2,500 watts rms daily with no issue. I could also run a 15" L7 off of 100 watts rms and run a clipped signal through it and blow it.

  • um if u dont have kickers l5 or l7 i strongly recomend them i love mine i have blown mtx's fockford anjd many others out of the watter incloudin mo jo's if u ever have any other questions pleas let me no

  • well about 1700 cuz i like to over power them and have sence i got them n it stilll took me ofer 4 months to brake them in

  • How many watts u feeding them???
