Celine's voice is light years away from Mercury's voice. She may have a 5 octave voice (Naturally women have more since their cords are looser), but the quality of the voice is just not there. The accent also doesnt help.

Celine Dion was an amazing woman and singer... I was there in her concert in October 18, in Tacoma Dome,Wa. She gave justice to this song! You can never ever compare the voice of a man to a woman... And I love celine Dion... she is the Best!

I think if there was one female singer who could do Freddie credit it'd be Celine Dion, has a lot of power to her voice even in the deeper notes and obviously she can hit most of the higher notes as well!
