As do secularists, atheists, etc - all killed more people in the 20th century and went head to head with the muslims in their killing fields. Stalin alone killed double of what Hitler killed, and Mao also had staggering numbers of dead. Che, Castro, and some minor players had quite a high number that they killed too - and all of these set themselves up as 'gods'.
