How can anyone take a propaganda piece like this seriously when it starts out with a 30 second disclaimer that basically says "we know our claims are bogus, but you can't sue us anyway"?
@bangmeister "that's just so the feds don't go after them" No, its so that the people who take the advice presented in this "movie" can't sue them when they get sick because of it.
Also, I'm not saying that other people/groups don't put out propaganda on other topics, but other people doing it is no excuse for deliberately spreading false claims like these just to scare people away from vaccines. That's called fearmongering.
@matmasters3 And if you would bother to look, you would also see that that rise coincided with a broadening of the definition and increased surveillance efforts (these days, even school teachers are trained to spot the signs).
"I have... data saying this is real" And I have dozens of studies showing that it isn't (links are on my profile). The autism rate also remains completely unaffected by changes in vaccination rate, which would be impossible if it were even a partial cause.
@matmasters3 "maby the rate isent continuing to rise because..." Its not just that its not continuing to rise though (it actually is still rising, btw). If vaccines were even a partial cause of autism, we would see a drop in the autism rate when the vaccination rate drops, but we don't see that. What we see is that the autism rate continues to rise, completely unaffected by changes in vaccination rate, thimerosal content, etc. which would be impossible if it was a cause.
@matmasters3 Also, there is no evidence to support your claim that "r genetics are already fucked"; you can make up ad-hoc excuses you want to try and explain away the disconfirming evidence, or you could just reevaluate your core assumption that vaccines cause autism. You have to face the fact that you're wrong about this issue, and all the money wasted on continuing to study this is money and time that could be spent on finding the actual causes.
@ArcanaKnight then you tell me what it is. why did it increase at around the same time these vaccines were implemented.maby im wrong maby ur right so explain it to me
@matmasters3 "why did it increase at around the same time these vaccines were implemented" It didn't; no new shots were implemented until 94, after it began to rise. If you had bothered to research it, you would have found that the increase coincides with the broadening of the definition. In fact, there are some studies which suggest that the rise in autism can be attributed mostly (if not completely) to this new broader definition and increased surveillance. tinyurlDOTcom/3pszk8y
@ArcanaKnight The government does it as well. They first had the whole country in fear of muslims but now they say the threat are US born white radicals
I believe, as a result of the inoculation against Scarlett Fever that was administered to me during infancy, my reoccurring tonsillitis and eventual 'permanently septic tonsils' later on in late puberty were a direct result. Scarlett Fever has dreadful effects in this organ (Tonsils). I have a learning disorder and an adult attention deficit, I also suffer a dreadful rash on my face and scalp which cannot be determined by any GP or specialist Dermatologist. Go figure.
I was vaccinated against 'Scarlett Fever' in 1975 in the only capital city in the nation that offered the vaccine. In 1990 I developed Scarlett Fever and was very sick - I was hospitalised. An antique disease, I was only one of 37 cases reported in the entire country that year and I guarantee that the other cases were also recipients of the vaccine. 1970's biochemistry had an echo effect many years later. I didn't catch the disease but somehow manifested it due to the vaccination decades earlier
Here's a great series going over the fallacious claims made in this and other anti-vax propaganda: watch?v=ShzHlqdasPQ
