Being 6'10 is not common, its not every day you walk down the street and see people that are that tall. For the majority of people that are that tall, i don't think they would be obese. Their body structure is very lean, hence having the easy potential to be remotely athletic. So the 'majority', would easily be able to dunk a 10 ft hoop. =)

With only jumping, he wouldn't be able to put up great numbers like that. JaVale McGee is probably a better athlete than Blake Griffin, but comparing them, who's better ? Or just look at his teammate : DeAndre Jordan. He has great leaping ability, but is a pretty awful scorer.
