just like any other car/truck. change the rear out. better heads, cam, intake, bigger carb, supercharger, nitrous. possibility is endless with the 350 you have

This van isn't running a 350 and it's naturally aspirated with NOS.

That actually may already exist. The Supermarket chain in the North East, Shopright has a 1 story shopping car with a blown 454 pushing it. Don't know what it runs but it's nuts to look at.
