  • Just subscribed to this channel. Trying to find some motivation to get my own going here soon! Solid bi workout but my favorite body part to train is legs! I love the fact I need the entire week to recover and do it again and you feel like Atlas when you break a barrier!

  • @DRIVINGBOLTS Awesome. Just one working set. I always do a couple of warm ups first, then all out on the working set.

  • my favorite body part to train would me biceps because i feel like i can really push my self on biceps and unlike legs you dont get that bad feeling after you workout

  • @rockenriffs I hear ya. Legs hurt for days after training. Arms look great and are a smaller bodypart that does not require the extra time to recover.

  • @BigJsExtremeFitness Thanks man, will do. Intensity and mental focus rules. I feel that anyone who isn't mentally focused or prepared will not see gains. I just curled my max of 50 lb dumbbells for 4 reps.

  • @BigJsExtremeFitness thanks man the only thing that's bringing me back is mass in my arms. I train them intensely but wisely but can't seem to get results I want. Any tips? I want my arms to be in proportion because I'm 6'1" - 6' 2" ish and big. Thanks.

  • Triceps and shoulders cuz Im movin a lot of weight with em.

    I'm 14

    Max bench 235

    Max deadlift 315

    Squat- can't osgood schlatters in two knees but can leg press about 531 lbs

    Weight: 196-202 off and on

  • @BiggAL1965 Hello back to you BiggAL. Used to love training traps myself. Still do but not as much as before. Makes me want to make an instructional video on traps. So many people train them incorrectly.

  • @ProRunecraft I know right, he's crazy. Legs are the best bodypart to train for overall growth as it incorporates the total body. Good call.

  • Legs hands down! I usually feel sick at the end of a leg workout but I love pushing myself the hardest in this body part.

  • @BigJsExtremeFitness there going shit. i have a shoulder injury(supraspinatus) so i cant train upper body. its pretty minor atm but im just trying to do the smart thing and not let it get worse by training on it. hopefully ill get an injection on it soon which may help reduce the inflammation.

    spranged my ankle 3 weeks ago which still hasent fully recovered so im limited in my exercises for legs aswell. bad times!

  • @chrisiztheman1618 Love training shoulders. They are my fave to train. Keep hammering those biceps. They'll have to respond eventually.
