I remember this. I went to see it in Holland when it first came out. I've mentioned this to lots of people over the past year or so and no one had heard of it.
But this dubbing is horrible, I can't understand a word.
Thank goodness the Dutch respect originals and subtitle foreign stuff (foreign to them, I mean) ! That's probably why they're so good at languages and all their kids learn to read streets ahead of English and American children.
When the movie was released it did not seem so far-fetched because we, as a nation, had just survived the 1970's spike in Oil Prices. I was still in the Army in Great Britain and it scared the Hell out of me then. Friends ask me why my Bank does not loan it's clients money and why I carry every loan myself, i.e. the money is mine that I loan, and I ask them to watch this film. Hard to find on DVD today but worth the cost. Whenever I feel pressured it makes me feel well justified in Banking.
WHEN WILL YOUTUBE ALLOW US TO FILTER BY LANGUAGE? ARGH!!!!

At the time this movie came out this movie was criticized as being too unrealistic. It's not looking so unrealistic now.
