Regarding the super forms; I thinkyou could make Mephiles' much more "exciting" if you changed it to his crystaline form.

I have played the beta and it's great. Unfortunately Mephiles' levels are unbeatable because he plays like Sonic, and not Knuckles. I think it would be better if you actually saved Mephiles for another romhack to play Sonic's part, putting someone like Omega in the place of Knuckles. Also just for lulz, you might want to change Tails to Rouge. There are also some logos and the like that would be better if adjusted to Shadow's appearance.

No, I got three of Shadow. Look up "Triple Shadow Sonic three knuckles" and it should be the first (actually the only) result. There may be other videos also by the same account, which is my Sonic hack account ^__^

mmm... let's see... you hacked sonic's sprites and replaced them with shadow's... and auto-inserted the 'red sonic code' where knuckles transforms into sonic, but keeps pallet and is unable to do knuckles' glide nor sonic's crappy air spin dash attack.... if that is right, then knuckles must look fucked up!
