You can still complete quests for Guilds or some other factions, than you can start play expansions and the last choice is, that you will download some plugins with new quests, factions etc.... :) And by the way, if you are playing the main line, like trying to close all the Oblivion Gates, dont worry, it will take eternity until you close them all and explore whole Cyrodiil ;)

The ammount of HP of creatures is determined by your difficulty settings, i can kill those guys on one hit at Easy difficulty on a long battle at middle and if you are insane, try hard xP

As a stage 1 vampire you can play the game as usual for 24 hrs if you dont wait or sleep after that 24 hr period you wont have to feed, and wont become a stage 2 vampire which means you cant go into the sunlight then stange 3-4 yada yada yada... either way vampireism is pwnage.
