I find it easier to put on the liquid eyeliner first so that if u go wrong, you can remove it without havening to remove the eyeshadow. Also, if you go over the eyeliner with the eyeshadow all you have to do is go over it again :) simple!

I have dark brown hair and did it and it looked just fine! The contrast is bigger (I don;t know if this expression is right,sorry for any mistakes!:P), because the hair is dark and the colours bright!
