This is a remix of the final boss theme of Touhou 8: Imperishable Night. It's a series of scrolling shooter games, but much much harder than most people are used to. As for vocal versions, yeah. Probably a dozen of them if you know where to look. For starters, the actual title of the song is "Flight of the Bamboo Cutter~ Lunatic Princess". Just put that with 'vocal' in the searchbar, and you should get some results.
