@gus0509 well i run 3 nimbus and two eyes of the typhon. they r actually ez to summon for me. and nimbus does get pretty high. just today i had all three out and each was at 9000 lol. also try using mother grizzly, that way u can summon nimbus easier

they are fun decks but theres countless decks that can E.X.P.L.O.D.E them. (i.e.) stumbling,earthquake,no entry,(skill drain,makes all monster effects negated,now that would kick smokey ass!!! but good idea.

What you don't realize is that with Cirrostratus' effect,there is no need for those"staples' you named. Salvage works better than Monster Reborn in this deck too,as the Cloudians only get their Counters when they are NORMAL summoned. Nuff said. Staples are considered staples just for the fact that they are ALWAYS needed. Monster Reborn is to always keep a monster on the field, for tribute, power against ur opponent, fild control, etc. Call and Premature are band to begin with. And as for Cirrostratus, a Fissure/lightning vortex (staples) would destroy him. And yes, Salvage would work better than Monster Reborn. I agree. But monster reborn is basically allowing you 2 summons, Reborn's special summon, and your normal summon. "Nuff said."
Some decks dont use too many staples as you should know of some decks only use 1 or 2 staples depending on the player's choice and what they see is a "staple" card. For example Swords of revealing light, some people see it as a staple others don't its an argueable card though.
oh of course, mild decks usually don't use staples at all, but most decks are undeniably dependent on them. Altho I highly doubt Swords is a staple for anything other than a stall deck, i think staples are anything that is basically can do major damage to ur opponents plays, and since most decks relay on monsters and magics on the field, fissure, MST, heavy storm, and smashing ground, r basically needed in every deck, and with Stardust, sakuretsu is replaced by dimensional prison as new staples
Oh, with monster reborn, when you summon a monster this turn, that's an extra Fog Counter on your card. And that's what cloudians need, right? And, Spirit Reaper/Marshmallon cannot be destroyed by battle, and they can be in defense without being destroyed, and Cirrostratus depends on more monster being on your field, so u have to wait to summon him and clog up your hand with him, or bring him out in attack position with low attack, one to no counters.
Umm,again Cloudians get their counters when they are normal summoned,not special summoned so Monster Reborn doesn't help. And When Spirit Reaper gets targeted,he dies,and Marshmallon has no support cards other than glasses,and they're useless my man.
Are you kidding me? Monster Reborn is an easy way of flooding the field. It's a great way of getting a tribute monster on the field. It's a great way of field control. Same for spirit reaper and marsh. I mean, with a creator deck or a Monarch deck or even now with the Synchro decks, it's a great way of keeping shit on the field. If you opponent decides to waste a card on Reaper or Marshmallon or something u just Reborn-ed, great. 2 cards to kill the same monster again.
the trick to getting nimbusman up into the ridiculus range of 14-16k is sacrificeing 3 monsters than useing ghost fogs and attack level 8 or higher monsters well i mean thats what i do.
i've actually been tryin' to make a cloudian deck for tourneys(although i haven't been to one yet) but I have only got a Crystal beast rainbow dragon deck thats won a few......anyway make another Cloudian deck plz, or do a volcanic deck....love them cards..............good deck btw

Great Deck, but there is a problem: you dont hvae solem judgement or magic jammer or seven tools of the bandit or magic drain, so you cant counter your opponent's moves, but GREAT DECK i love cloudians :P

Terraforming isn't a very good card. If you want extra searchers for sanctuary you should ad Zeradias. But it's not very neccesairy here.
Solemns and bribes might be very good, but they are expensive also. Running a fun deck as this is, ain't worth putting those in. Maybe they are good, but spending around 75 for a playset of bribest to put in this deck ain't handy.
good cloudians I would want to have cloudian sheep cloud and I notice you dont have cloudian eye of the typhon I have one only one but I am willing to trade it for a good coast
"Cloudian - Nimbusman" gains 1500 attack if you tribute three water monsters = 2500 then he gains a further 500 attack for every fog counter on the field i.e. say there is 7 monsters on the field each with two counters on them. 7x2=14 14x500=7000 7000+2500=9500ATK so, this card can easily gain 9500+ ATK hope than answered you question "TrapFacory"
Or nicer: get a nimbusman with 3 counters. Then summon a Ghost fog. Attack a lv 8 monster. Then put those 8 tokens on nimbusman. And you got a card with 11 tokens.
A couple of Block Attacks/No Entry!/Zero Gravity and Macro Cosmos. Goodbye Cloudians. Say hello to Dark Armed. LOL!
But seriously. I didn't see any counter cards. What if I electrify his cloudians with Lightning Vortex while Macro is out or Dimension Fissure? He's wide open, I just have to heavy the field and swarm in. But what'evs. Good Deck though.

to be onestd i dont use my cloudian deck often. im usely useing my gladiatot beast deck with cards like... lots of gladiator beats.. evil hero inferno wing.. other rares and i have this ownage card called necroface.. its lvl 4 (zombie/effect) when this card is normal summond shuffle all removed from play cards into there owners deck. this card gains 100 atck for each of those cards. also it has atck/1200 def/1800 ;P
hehe i have a cloudian deck..it has like eye of the typhoon' ghost fog x3' poison cloud x3' turbulence' nimbusman x2' smoke ball x2 ' and some spell and traps like.. cloudian squall' natural disaster' rain storm' fog control' lucky cloud and i have alot of counter cards ;P
i use a cloudian deck and a good combo with it is use final attack orders to bring all your oppenants monster into attack mode then play eye of typhoon combo with tradegy thats pretty good i have used cloudians sense they came out
oh cuz i tought i can use the 5 headed dragon ( limited ediotion fusion card 5000 attack cant be destroyed by battle) and what is a orichalchos? and match winners you mean exodia??
don't mind the seal, there are only 23 copies. And match winners are cards which, if they attack diectly and decrease your opponent's lifepoints to 0, you win the match (3 duels) all of them are illegal, exept for victory dragon, which is forbidden. They are useless anyway, your opponent can just surrender before it hits, so they just lose the duel instead of the match. FGD (five headed dragon) is perfectly usable. The only fusion monster you can't use is thousand eyes restrict.
this has got to be my fav deck right now im running a cloudian field conrol deck but augenaucity is rite poison cloud is needed but eye of the typhoon is not that much needed but good deck it inspired me to make a cloudian deck

do you run these posted decks in shonen tournies? Im not sure theyll do too good but hey what do I know, i once saw a crazy monarch deck get beat in the semis by a deck that ran the creators and ectoplasmer as it's primaries and had 53 cards.
but you should toss a gravity bind into that deck. Since you don't attacking that often with cloudians see what getting rid of HS will do for ya. especially with that many continuous cards in there. Staple or no staple, it can be a dead draw in that deck

Lucky Cloud also works with Cloudian Sheep Cloud because when it's destroyed you get 2 Cloudian Tokens which is cloudian and the same name so yeah

Diamond Dust Cyclone combined with Cloudian- Ghost Fog is a good combination to destroy powerful monsters. Plus, it lets your draw a card or two.

Terraforming isn't a very good card. If you want extra searchers for sanctuary you should ad Zeradias. But it's not very neccesairy here.
Solemns and bribes might be very good, but they are expensive also. Running a fun deck as this is, ain't worth putting those in. Maybe they are good, but spending around 75 for a playset of bribest to put in this deck ain't handy.

"Cloudian - Nimbusman" gains 1500 attack if you tribute three water monsters = 2500 then he gains a further 500 attack for every fog counter on the field i.e. say there is 7 monsters on the field each with two counters on them. 7x2=14 14x500=7000 7000+2500=9500ATK so, this card can easily gain 9500+ ATK hope than answered you question "TrapFacory"

Or nicer: get a nimbusman with 3 counters. Then summon a Ghost fog. Attack a lv 8 monster. Then put those 8 tokens on nimbusman. And you got a card with 11 tokens.
11 x 500 + 1000 = 6500. Not that hard i think :)

to be onestd i dont use my cloudian deck often. im usely useing my gladiatot beast deck with cards like... lots of gladiator beats.. evil hero inferno wing.. other rares and i have this ownage card called necroface.. its lvl 4 (zombie/effect) when this card is normal summond shuffle all removed from play cards into there owners deck. this card gains 100 atck for each of those cards. also it has atck/1200 def/1800 ;P

hehe i have a cloudian deck..it has like eye of the typhoon' ghost fog x3' poison cloud x3' turbulence' nimbusman x2' smoke ball x2 ' and some spell and traps like.. cloudian squall' natural disaster' rain storm' fog control' lucky cloud and i have alot of counter cards ;P

i use a cloudian deck and a good combo with it is use final attack orders to bring all your oppenants monster into attack mode then play eye of typhoon combo with tradegy thats pretty good i have used cloudians sense they came out

don't mind the seal, there are only 23 copies. And match winners are cards which, if they attack diectly and decrease your opponent's lifepoints to 0, you win the match (3 duels) all of them are illegal, exept for victory dragon, which is forbidden. They are useless anyway, your opponent can just surrender before it hits, so they just lose the duel instead of the match. FGD (five headed dragon) is perfectly usable. The only fusion monster you can't use is thousand eyes restrict.

this has got to be my fav deck right now im running a cloudian field conrol deck but augenaucity is rite poison cloud is needed but eye of the typhoon is not that much needed but good deck it inspired me to make a cloudian deck

do you run these posted decks in shonen tournies? Im not sure theyll do too good but hey what do I know, i once saw a crazy monarch deck get beat in the semis by a deck that ran the creators and ectoplasmer as it's primaries and had 53 cards.
but you should toss a gravity bind into that deck. Since you don't attacking that often with cloudians see what getting rid of HS will do for ya. especially with that many continuous cards in there. Staple or no staple, it can be a dead draw in that deck
