@Replicatte I probably have the rest of this specific episode somewhere but it didn't have anything to do with ITC/EVP. I don't have any other Maury episodes but there are more posted on YouTube. Check my friend's channel: Debraann2 She was on Maury several times. Sadly, Debbie Caruso crossed over last January. :-(

would EVP recording attract spirits to stay like in your room or something? , if you get what i mean :P

There are various opinions about this. My thought is EVP simply provides a way to be aware of spirits who are often around us (loved ones, I mean) whether we know it or not.

I don't do any kind of spooky stuff, so I probably have a different perspective from someone who has negative experiences when recording.

My experience has been that most spirits, who aren't loved ones of mine, are like polite party guests. They come when invited, take turns speaking, then leave when they are done. ;-)

Glad you found it. Lots of good examples in that segment. I never have figured out who "Shawn" is, but a few days ago, I did get an ITC image of my grandfather. The image on the Maury show was my gg-grandfather (his grandfather). Very exciting. :-)

I just get chills whenever they ask the spirits what happens in the after life or stuff like that, I already heard one where they asked a spirit of a young person if theres a heaven and he said "You have to be dead to come here", kind of freaky, Now in this one they ask a spirit about what happens after we die and the spirit said "Review our lives", This is just insanely interesting.

Truly, EVP and ITC never cease to amaze me! Recently, while doing an EVP session, I asked who was speaking and the reply was, "We're people who died." When my skeptical friend asked his dad what it was like on the other side we heard, "It's the life!" which is a phrase he father was known for saying. We also heard, "Ray's talking. Have hope." Ray is his dad's name. Gotta love it!

Amazing!, will let you know about my experiences right now im trying to get some other people in to it to try it with me. I like hearing them talk about the after life does sond like they like it wich makes me feel more relaxed.

Hi Westozzi.  I hope you will try doing some recording for yourself. I really do believe most people can successfully receive EVP with a little - or LOL, sometimes a lot - of persistence. Try different recorders and methods. Something is bound to work for you!

Thanks for your help and comments. Its kind of a long story re; the things that are around me and my cats, but I do think they are protecting me. I have gone through frame by frame on my own video because I just didnt believe what I captured. Youre right, it is time consuming. I will let you know if anything turns up..  thanks again, I appreciate your comments and help very much

Thanks for clearing that up for me. Im epileptic, no fluorescents for me. Or, maybe I can find a workaround for that. Im a little worried about dpoing this as I know there are malevolent spirits here too. Im seriously disabled, and dont run like I used to, but I would like to know who is here. I can only hope it is the original black cat and her sister. I have been mourning their deaths and would feel better to see them.

I understand about mourning the loss of an animal companion. I hope if you try this, you are successful in getting an image you will recognize as being your cat(s). I have to admit, more often than not, I don't get anything spectacular. And it's very time consuming to comb through the video one frame at a time, and looking around within each frame as well. But it is very rewarding when I am lucky enough to come up with something meaningful. Any light that doesn't cause problems should work.

She put the pot on the stove, why the stove? does she heat the water ? Im going to try this as I have many spirits around me all the time

I placed the pot on the stovetop *only* because I used the fluorescent lighting from the vent hood above it. No heat. In fact, I had the burner covers on. You can do this anywhere, as long as there is a light source shining into the water. I have noticed fluorescent lighting works better than halogen. :-)
