just a suggestion or advice. I am a dncer n if u read how the high priest in the tabernacle was dressed it was to cover his body that is where the praise garments for dance are based on. Girls wear soething that is not that tight to ur body. It will help u move better. Also wear a sport bra. This is vital. All my students no matter what sie they are, it is a requirement to wear a sport bra. We are worshippers and someting simple can take away from wut God wants to do that day tru us. blessings

hi. just wanted to make a comment on what you were saying.... i am a 16 year phropetic ministered taht does praise and teaches mine dance i wanted to say that this statement is so true because it takes away the ministering of the dance. there many be many people that are not saved and are visiting the church men espically they may not know alot about ministering and it's a lust... it distracts the purpose and people may not be touched because they were side tracked.
