how to you play a instramant like the piano on it but diffrent than piano?

lets say you want a certain note in the vocals on a song to drag on

and you loop that certain note so it stays going

but when you do it you hear it starting the note over and over

how can you fix it?

crossfade them into each other.

@aaronfuegopop depends- if it's a midi file (green), then you just click on the scissor button, and some funky thing will come out with bars, and you just grab the bar, stretch it from the beginning of the measure to the end of the measure and then loop it. then theres no pause or rest.

Its probably QuickTime, that's what I use.
