@sasotions because barca is better. a huge difference is that so many of barca's players (messi, iniasta, fabregas, thiago, etc.) can play many different positions, so if pep doesn't like how things are going, he can simply tweak things around with the players he has. mourinho doesn't have that luxury. also, barca has players like messi, iniesta, xavi, fabregas, who are just a level above the likes of benzema, ozil, diarra, khedira, etc.

@BestDjCano I believe Guardiola to be better than Mourinho. Mourinho always seems to pick teams that are pretty much complete and take credit for the way that they play. When he took over Chelsea and Inter he did not have to make major adjustments in order to win the cups, league etc. We'll see how he does with Real where they are not very organized yet and I don't see them winning the league, not to even mention the Champions league. I don't consider either one the best in the world though.

Lets see him take on a weaker team and bring it to at least play in the champions league, not necessarily win it. Look at Shakhtar Donetsk and what coach Mircea Lucescu did for them. Random team from Ukrainian league that most people don't even know about is in the quarter finals of Champions League. They won the UEFA cup last year, first time in history of the team. That's a coach.
