u cant compare this to stock ba coz of 3.7 diff ratio. BA diff is made for fuel efficient normal driving, not for max acceleration. That why getting so much accel out of such low kw. Not dissing the car, i love e series just as much, but you put same diff on ba turbo and your tyres will be fried in a day

@byronkyron12345 my ex (n/a) e series with 3.45 ratio smoked an xr6t with identical gearbox and diff ratio's and there a vid on my profile to prove it. ba's a so fat and heavy and u need alot more power than a standard one has to move anywhere fast. in saying this i have a BF II xr6turbo also.

@madazmatt no you didn't, theyve only in the last few years been able to produce 200kw 6s. Back when these were made the 8cyl engines didnt even produce anywhere near 198kw, think they were around 160. So why lie.

GMHKLR, Fyi the ba xr6, xt, futura and fairmont all came out with 182kw.... then bf with 190 and yes your correct on fg with 195!

Im starting on my way to building a monster like this. getting a set of pace makers and straight through muffler put on my xh xr6 in the next couple weeks, got a manual ready to go i just need to save for a clutch. then its out with the engine and rebuild it, slap on a hopper express head and cam and a bit of port matching then i will keep up to ya. but these are only dreams at the moment.

a very good set of extractors and exhaust with turbo mufflers and mandrel bends can give you 1s less in a 1/4 mile,

and @XxFlyingsnapkickxX BA xr6s came out with 180kw not 200 the new FGs only come out with 195KW

you guys wanna see fast car look at the old ford 250 4.1, in the XD XE and XF and cortinas, in WA one ran a best of 11.5s NA

That intake is BA pipe to the throttle body, NOT an EF one cut in half. Bloody hell... You try cutting an EF one in half... Hahahaha... It ain't happening brother.
