All very pretty, but you told us nothing on how to construct the various angles of these building and road lines using perspective methods. A freehand drawing without vanishing points will give the beginner no idea how to construct - they will merely copy your nicely drawn picture... but what happens when your angle of view changes... the beginner will have no idea where to start.
