I'm watching the first Adam-12 episode'The Impossible Mission and just to think if I were living at this time, I'd probably seeing this at the beginning of the episode.

When I was little, We must have watched a lot of programs on NBC, because I remember that Peacock very well.Plus we had a color TV as long as I can remember.

This opening bumper [Mel Brandt, announcer] appeared at the start of virtually every NBC color program from 1962 through '68 (that fall, a slightly shorter version was used, through 1971).
