I'd like to hit 30 subscribers. I do have one video that went on Fluval's (Aquarium company) blog and my video started getting lots of hits. I got the letter in the mail from YouTube offering to do revenue sharing. It’s been enabled for about a week and a half. I've made about .30cents so far WOOT!
i only got hundreds views on two of my videos and youtube invited me to enable two of those videos with revenue sharing which i did and so far i only made 30Cents =[ i wanna be a youtube partner so bad.
iv gotten 20$ in two weeks, even though i dont really do much except for watch the money come, its weird because my videos arnt even that good, when you click on the ad on my vid, i get money, click plz? ya thx would be cool

@kakoroto I got 2 videos revenue sharing and it was very easy, I basically just pushed a OK button, and I guess when you do that they automatically without telling you put up other videos for revenue sharing because I just noticed I had two. Probably because it got 15,000 in 3 days, in a year that could be be 1.8 million views. Did you ask to be a partner? If you ask, they will be more likely to come back to you later. I've got a particular video that I've been offered to partner (Mig 29 video) but it becomes a bit awkward when it comes to explaining how I made the video, in the application questionnaire. I've got revenue share on a few and more in the pipeline but I don't think I'm a partner!

If we are going to invest in our economy, the deficit has to go up. That is common sense. Once jobs get created and people start making money, the deficit will eventually go down.
When you spend money, that money goes toward putting people back to work, and investing in infrastructure, ect. When people get back to work (even if it is a temporary one to two year job), the economy will grow, therefore decrease the deficit.
I have to disagree, I mean if a business has not attracted outside investment that probably means its not a good investment.
If you start buying up toxic assetts you're throwing money down the drain, therefore its better to not tax people and let them spend their money on what they want rather than controlling it yourself.
And creating jobs which are not required in an economy is not an organic process and will cost more than it will yield.
I think that their are multiple ways to make the economy move, and the way that you suggested would work, but I believe that the taxing way would be a more "long term" investment that would give us better results.
I get your point, but I still think that if it takes the government to create a job then its not a long term occupation, its manufactured, the less government intervention we have the more we know about the economy's strengths and weaknesses.

i have a vid that is eligible for rev sharing..but it clearly mentions that violence or shock or w/e will not be allowed and if my vid is rejected it will get deleted...well, its video game violence, i blow a guys head off with a shotgun...then another guy with a sniper rifle and then u see his torso flying off a balcony in a bloody mess...ummm..id like to make money off it, but, anyone know if that would get rejected or not?

When you spend money, that money goes toward putting people back to work, and investing in infrastructure, ect. When people get back to work (even if it is a temporary one to two year job), the economy will grow, therefore decrease the deficit.

I have to disagree, I mean if a business has not attracted outside investment that probably means its not a good investment.
If you start buying up toxic assetts you're throwing money down the drain, therefore its better to not tax people and let them spend their money on what they want rather than controlling it yourself.
And creating jobs which are not required in an economy is not an organic process and will cost more than it will yield.

True but you have to let failing enterprises fail. You have to shake off deadwood. You have to promote survival of the fittest. Not print money and give to failing businesses, institutions, uncompetitive/useless workers and lower the standards across the board without changing the rules back to the time that fostered a great america. I don't know why ppl can't get it through their thick skulls that not everyone can be a winner in life. As ppl become richer a bigger proportion will becom poorer.

First off "conquering" a stateless society can't really be done. If they don't listen to their own politicians why would they listen to foreign ones? They would have to occupy and force people at gunpoint, everyone of them, to pay taxes, instead of now where people pay taxes bc they believe in the state. Second. THEY CAN BUY THE LAND. No, you're running from the point: the state is a monopoly on the use of force/violence in a geographic location. They are the sole authority. They alone can tax-extort-for whatever reason. They rule. Consent is irrelevant. we are born into "social contracts" we never agreed to. Everywhere is claimed by the state.
