Instructions that arrived with the Galileoscope, are pretty much useless. Just the introduction of the parts. It was pretty hard to assemble it by my own. Couldn't do it without the internet.
I had to do a bit of trimming to the video to get it under ten minutes. The telescope didn't quite match the instructions provided. I have some spare bits leftover. Hmm.
There should not be 1 or 2 spare parts from the telescope kit only. Depending on the magnification you have chosen. Which are the parts left and what is your magnification you are using?
Well everything is Okay then. I am using the 50x, so I have the same eye piece for the eye and a ring from one of the lenses, so that it would fit in the Barlow.
Nice bit of kit. I get a great view of the skies in my new house due to very little light pollution out here. In my old place you could barely see the brightest stars and planets
Yes. The optics are surprisingly good. Since it's designed for educational use, you get to see how everything works. You can't argue with the price either. Although you do have to be quite patient about delivery.
Cool video, i've always been interested by telescopes etc, i might seem weird to some but i'd actually enjoy looking at the stars at night up close etc, i think for me it's more about "What if i see something i shouldn't" like say... Aliens? Haha, i'm a bit far feched but hell, i'd enjoy it lol
It's far to cloudly here in the UK to see anything in the sky day or night at the moment, i'm hating the winter at the moment, can't wait for the summer again :D

I'm using the 25 & 50x configurations. So I have the eye piece left for the 18x configuration and a ring or some such (misplaced at the moment).
It seems to work.

I've bought one in July but it hasn't arrived yet. :-(

You should follow up on that. You ought to have it by now. I know they take a while. But not THAT long.

They're out there. But not necessarily visible to us. They could have lived long ago. Or maybe they're just microbes on some rock, waiting to evolve.
I'm waiting on the clouds to go away. They keep coming in at night. Maybe they are hiding something?
