@spiderssl He's using it as a drumpad because the Triton keys are too heavy. If you noticed, he played keys on the triton and use the pad just for hi hats. If he's running midi, why would he use an expensive drum machine that is used simply for hitting drums? It's why his production credits is where they are. He's running his midi through Cubase and using VSTIs. Smart move.
