The real opportunity for coercion is that unions can look who is voting AGAINST unionizing and put their goons on them. That's why it's _unions_ (not employers!) that are pushing this odious bill so hard.
More 'change you can believe in' if Obama gets his way. I guess union thugs don't count 'lobbyists' (or anyone else for that matter).
