I need to know what's the top Companies in Aluminum Die casting machines. I'll start to asked them about the latest prices if we'll buy a one here to a company in KSA.
is that an old b&t?? i like the idea of the recip... the buhler i run the recip is set up on the extractor control panel but we use a different control pannelto run the recip we use rimrock
I am employed at Technical Die Casting in Stockton Minnesota. We have been bouncing around the idea of using fully automated work cells but are still using "manual labor "to extract parts from the machine and spray automation. To see the video makes me realize how much my boys really do work, we trim the parts manually after air cooling at the die cast machine. It looks like you guys got a good thing going. Thanks and god bless.
I used to work for Lincoln Die Casting in Michigan, The machine I worked on was a 750t press and used the high pressure shot from a tank. we tried using arobot sprayer to make the shots more consistent but it never worked out. too much buid up on the die. But you have a nice set up there.
i work at Briggs and Stratton small engine plant i make the crank cases our die machines are 950 tons our robots only remove the part and we have a seperate recip for the die sray
Thanks for the comment on using a reciprocator spray. We looked at that method also but elected to use the robot to spray for greater flexibility since we are a custom caster.
