@reply2mexx Yes, there are usually a certain sequences in yoga practice. However it may vary from one type of yoga to another. For example the sequence in Ashtanga yoga might not be recommended in Anusara. What important so is to start with the beginner level that can teach you the proper alignment. Anusara yoga and Iyengar would be the best choice. Once you know how to keep your body in alignment you can experiment and have fun with other yoga styles. Good luck.
Is there any Sequence to Yoga excersises, i am just a beginner, Do i need to practise any Beginners level excersise first.

You talked about three Yoga Chakras in the begning... But you just gave two excersises ..are we left with Exercise for the third chakra
