@Claudio56690 because the biggest area is in san andreas . San andreas has 3 different cities with 3 deifferent countrysides , while vice city and liberty have only 2 cities . But it's not a bad idea to use the 3 cities in the same game ( as you say in the end )

GTA 5 is long overdue,it should take place in San Andreas,I don't care if they don't upgrade the graphics,because they are awesome in IV,just add some new cars,weapons,lots of radio stations,ability to purchase safehouses,planes,some old characters,set the game in 2011 or 2012,ability to customize cars,keep clubs from TBOGT,and make sure you nail the sunset when I'm standing on the edge of my pool at the Vinewood Mansion.
