I don't know who's worse...... Giuliani, Romney, McCain, or Clinton. All four are pretty bad. Giuliani and Romney are both huge flip-floppers, and Giuliani's big claim to fame was being the mayor of New York on 9/11. Although Rudy did a great job of cleaning up N.Y.C., he's also guilty of politicizing 9/11 for his own personal gains (note all the money he made from doing speaches after he left office), and has used 9/11 to propel his views on terrorism.
