Hi I have the new Mac mini server and wireless keyboard and the magic mouse I have problem connectin them, in the begining I dont get that thing when it serches to connect with e keyboard??? It jumps to the Mouse, when I connect the mouse untill the I have to pick country than it says Connection lost???

@MAYTHEDARKRISE I'm not David, but no, the HDMI port on your laptop is most likely designed for output only, and cannot be used as an external display.

Hey David, simply turn on "Overscan" on your screen - should fix the ratio issue :)

Quick tip. You can change the tv's aspect ratio on the Samsung remote when you boot from disc.

For a tech geek you sure don't seem to know a few basic things :) Why would you think that VGA would look better than HDMI when HDMI is a digital format and carries much more bandwidth than VGA. Also, as mentioned by others you don't need to first install Leopard, then Snow Leopard.

NOOO you don't have to install Leopard before S. Leopard.

Boot from the Snow Leopard DVD by hold the Option key after you press the power button. It'll bring you to a boot menu, then choose the CD, and you're off.

If you upgrade from Leopard to Snow Leopard, lots of junk can be carried over :P That and it's time consuming.

Your choice, either clean install of Leopard and keep Leopard (meh) or clean install Snow Leopard. Or Chrome OS :D

You shouldn't have had to install Leopard before Snow Leopard. You can go into Disk Utility from the Snow Leopard DVD and reformat your disk from there. Then just install Snow Leopard from the DVD.
