I guess people were going crazy for this game and it mad a lot of fans because of its unkown existence for some viewers. Naturally I don't see anything interesting about the game, although I like better Sphinx...But both were good games and still the sold badly.

I wonder if BG&E got good critics....

@almw1994 The same question can be asked for THQ and Eurocom's Sphinx and the Cursed Mummy. Ironically, both games came out on the same week in the US (Sphinx came out a day before Beyond Good and Evil did though) and I think Sphinx did just as bad (probably worse) than BGE.

My favourite Game ever!!!! Jade is damn hot and the gameplaz is excellent! The Soundtrack ist the best you'll ever hear in your life. It's great to take the boat to discover the beautifuel sea and listen to the wonderful ost. I LOVE THAT GAME!! I REALLY HOPE THEY WILL MAKE A SEQUEL!!

I love this game. The only thing that annoyed me was that there was never any music or if there was it was ussually terrible music. I hop they release a sequel and they actually put some effort into including music

Did you have some huge glitch in your game that turned the music off or screwed it up? The soundtrack of this game is one the best I ever heard!

Possibly, because many environmenta, the hyllis town, caves etc seemed to have no music except during battles and stealth sequnces. And anytime there was music it was really tacky and really ruined the presentation of the game. Though I do like the main BG&E theme and the Domz fighting music.

To me, BGE soundtrack is one of the best I've ever heard. And I've played a lot of games with memorable soundtracks.

Well, drop by the Revolution forums, and there's be loads of people to help you out with this question. I heard Kya Dark Lineage is a good action-adventure, and of course The Legend of Zelda series, the best of the genre (I like BG&E better, though). Also, Psychonauts is a brilliant game, or so I heard.
