  • This specific drill, not really. To get the extension on the cervical and thoracic vertebrae, we need something harder than an exercise ball. There are other drills I have that can use a medicine ball, though. I have some other videos.

  • One question: Can you substitute the foam roller with an exercise ball?

  • If u bring your ELBOWS IN U will get Much better ROM and Mobility thru Thoracics Otherwise the Scapula block the thoracics!!
