yeah i agree,because angel is the spin off of buffy, starring a buffy character as is torchwood a spin off starring a dr who character. makes perfect sense to me......

First of all it is insulting to call Hitler the Doctor. Another thing he got it wrong when he said that Torchwood being a Buffy retread as Torchwood is like Angel.

Doctor Who represents the Buffy side of the Whoniverse and Torchwood the Angel side. It is as simple as that.
