abaqus, i tried in ansys. I could figure out the boundary condition yet. As I dont know whether u have to implemnt PDF eq in ansys. u can try coding in abaqus, and please dont forget to share

well I would rather say the force u get in SW has some lose in accuracy as the mesh for RBD cannot be controlled by user(that what I feel personally) Hence their are gona be some approximation always along with some percentage error!!!

I did some tests but I have some problems. I used the contact accuracy option in SW motion. The teeth of the gears seem to bounce. I do not get a real movement like your video. I find no reason why this happens. Continue

Because of this, the force contact analysis is wrong because I can not describe accurately the motion.

well, its now actaully SW, it basically MSc Adams Solver which does the work.
and MSc Adams solver is know for ages for MBD
