Looks like the shaft going through the gearbox broke in half. Only one side has power, the other side is just limping in reaction to the other. I bet it didn't run like that for long, metal fatigue probably tore it to pieces before the end of the day. Probably burned the motor too. Very interesting to watch though, I'd love to see more particularly the look on the field crew's faces when they responded!

most likly the keyway on the shaft sheard off thus not completely locking the weight to the shaft

Tthe horsehead is moving from side to side and the polished rod vibrates with it.
