I have never heard of these guys until I saw them on Muffin Mix. I have been an avid fan of anime/manga/cosplay and have been exploring other Asian cultures. When I heard this two-man band I thought "Hey, it's simple but it's got energy. I like it". So, I think this is very cool :).

Up the Cantonese punk/ska/emo/hardcore. I can find so much Mandarin stuff but I'll be damned if I can find any Cantonese stuff that's similar. And I'm not talking the kind of 'hardcore' that King Lychee or Qiu Hong plays, I'm talking old school and other good stuff.

I think there definitely needs to be more stuff addressing Asian American issues too. Stuff like The Chinkees. More Asian American bands that play good stuff, not generic mainstream sounding shit.

I wish i knew there were more bands out there. I only heard some songs from Reflector, Brain Failure (vocals are in English), Cavesluts, and Shouren. Not sure if you will like them, but worth taking a look into. Hope this helps ^_^

Its good to see more Chinese/Asian Americans breaking out of the norm like doing hard extreme rock and not giving a fuck then doing mainstream crappy gay R&B/pop, Rap or being a nerd studying/ and reading books all day in college.
