I don't know if the guy with the hat was the rc pilot but if u want to know who the guy in the hat is show this video at the soaring council meeting. The rc rep should know him. Else contact the Torrey pines gulls or the scale soaring society of tp. Everyone flying rc there must have AMA insurance.
