hmm do you have answer on my problem? i just get helicopter and it saying to put it 180 min to charge on laptop via usb...ok i did that it is 180 right now but he dont wanna fly -.- all he do is bzz and stops..help pls???
I got the ThinkGeek Mighty Atom... love it, love it... would love to get this one... but you guys took it off the site. I think I missed your Christmas sale or something too... you had 2 for 60 bucks! Dang it!
This one. It's the only one with the stabilizing technology plus it has a metal frame which will take a lot more than just a plastic frame one, which the others are... I know that it's also the most expensive one but it wont break on you 2 days after you get it and if the shit hits the fan, a fiber will get caught in the propellers making it un-usuable and that is something that happens to all RC Helicopters unless you use it right. But be safe and go with this one, looks the coolest too.. ;)
ok i just got this chopper, tried to follow the horrifically bad english translation instructions..... The darn thing keeps rotating to the left, will not hover in one spot and is impossible to fly in a straight line as you are constantly turning. The manual says"turn the left-right rotation balancing valve clockwise" but the area it points to on the remote is a set of buttons "l" "r" st.trim. how do i tune this thing to make it flyable
@PhishyBongwater Give us a call at 1-800-GEEKSTUFF. We may have to set you up with a replacement. Those trim-buttons should take care of your problem. If they don't, you may get a new one.
@thinkgeek I've spent most of this weekend trying, I'm thinking that it's the remote as the trim buttons do absolutely nothing. I'm not sure if it will be replaced as: the rotor blades are pretty dinged up on the edge now from repeated attempts to set the trim, and also it's an international order. I'll contact through the account that purchased the chopper and see how it goes.
@thinkgeek Bought mine, flew it maybe 10 times. Now when I charge it the charge only allows it to fly for maybe 30 seconds. It used to go for maybe 3 to 4 minutes. What can I do about this?
At the risk of having my comment removed, I would have to say that this is not a particularly good product. I would recommend ThinkGeek's "Black Stealth" instead. This one with the accelerometer, is stable when hovering but the controls are a little twitchy. The Black Stealth's controls are much more progressive and "organic" - the experience is just more fun, even if you do have to compensate one control with another. I hope this comment is useful to someone.
I got this same heli and it's great but it's hard to replace parts if u lose the bits connecting the top blade to the counter weights also must say there very easy to tune and fly
Just got this heli... and it is awesome!!!! the controls are very precise and it works perfect.... and to "wasserbrunner" comment... this heli moves forward, backwards, left, right, up, and down...
I got my helicopter today and it really does handle like this video.. I'm very happy with my purchase.. this is MUCH better than the other helis out there for $40..
I don't know why people thumbs downed ryan88485's comment that Havoc Hellies are pieces of shit. I have one from last year, and it is in fact, a piece of fucking dogshit. Impossible to fly with any decent control. Fuck AirHogs.

I have it for over 6 months and didn't break but the battery however doesn't last that long.
Overall, it's a good buy, very stable and fun to fly.

Didnt hit ANYTHING and one of the rotors flew off!
Dont buy this unless you wipe your ass with money!

I have had like 2 of these little things and they always seem to get fibers stuck in the propellers so they don't work anymore...

@PooPoo2U Its not USB controlled. I wouldn't want it to be. You'd have like 2ft of flight room. How about wifi controlled for the same price. haha
